Our people are the reason our customers choose to come back to us and why we’re still growing after 20+ years. They’ve helped us win over 160 awards for our service and advice. L&C is made up of a diverse range of roles, from mortgage advisers and case managers, to protection advisers, call handlers and application processors. They’re supported in their work by colleagues in IT, Marketing, HR, Compliance and Customer Care (to name just a few). Together, we’re L&C. With our customers always at the heart of what we do, we work as a team to provide a great service and experience for our customers.
